Tasks: • Operate and maintain the systems by ensuring proper backup and periodic maintenance • Deploy new desktop PCs and maintain old ones. • Fix, diagnose or isolate problems with network, PCs, terminals and all peripherals. • Initiate and follow-up on orders for computer parts needed for maintenance. • Assist users with proper operations of computers, equipment and software systems. • Train and advise users in general usage and operation of computer equipment.
